At Baby Poseidon · Wellbeing Center & Baby Spa Terrassa, we are looking for professionals with knowledge of babies and their development during the first months of life, capable of observing, understanding their signals, and supporting each stage while respecting their rhythm.

People with training, sensitivity, and good judgment. Who know the milestones of child development, but who also know that each baby has their own timing.

Because working with babies is not just about carrying out an activity.

It is about understanding what they need at every moment and knowing how to support them.

What profile do we need?

  • Physical therapy and pediatric physical therapy

    Especially profiles with an interest in or experience with motor development, psychomotricity, early intervention, or working with babies.

  • Nursing and pediatric nursing

    Professionals with knowledge of infant safety, care, and development during the first months of life.

  • Early Childhood Education

    Professionals who are knowledgeable about development from 0 to 3 years and have a respectful perspective on play, movement, and the progressive acquisition of skills.

  • Psychomotor Development and Early Intervention

    Professionals specializing in psychomotor development, early stimulation, or child development support.

  • Occupational Therapy

    Profiles with knowledge of child development, sensory integration, movement, autonomy, and support during the early stages.

What are we looking for in you?

Working with babies requires affection and sensitivity, but also knowledge, judgment, and responsibility.

We are looking for professionals who understand infant development during the first 12 months and who want to keep learning about it. Individuals capable of observing, asking questions, and understanding the "why" behind each activity, rather than simply repeating a way of working.

  • That you understand the baby and their development

    We want you to know the milestones of child development and understand how a baby evolves on a motor, sensory, cognitive, and emotional level during their first year.

    We do not expect all babies to do the same things at the same time. We expect you to know what to observe, what to expect, and how to support each stage.

    We do not seek to accelerate their development. We seek to know how to support it.

  • Observe before you act

    A baby cannot yet explain to us what they need, but they communicate constantly.

    Their gaze, posture, movements, tone, or reaction to a stimulus tell us a lot about how they are feeling and what they need at that moment.

    That is why we want professionals capable of observing, interpreting, and adapting.

    Following an exercise is easy. Knowing when to do it, when to adapt it, and when to stop is what makes the difference.

  • Use your judgment and initiative

    We are not looking for someone who simply memorizes a session.

    We want people who ask questions, research, propose ideas, and want to understand why we do what we do. We will teach you our methodology and our protocols, but we also expect you to contribute your knowledge, your perspective, and your desire to improve.

    Because following guidelines is important.

    Understanding them and knowing how to apply them with judgment is even more so.

  • That you understand the responsibility

    When a family places their baby in your hands, they are entrusting you with what is most important to them.

    Safety, hygiene, preparation, attention to detail, and compliance with protocols are all part of the job, even when no one is watching.

  • Know how to support families as well.

    Behind every baby is a family that observes, asks questions, and wants to understand.

    We look for approachable people capable of communicating with clarity and empathy, explaining what we are working on and sharing how the baby has responded, always based on knowledge and without creating false expectations.

    Because our work does not end when the session is over.
