🎁 What does the gift card include?

The gift card includes a full Poseidon Session for a baby aged 0 to 12 months.

The experience combines approximately 30 minutes of aquatic stimulation with a complementary activity tailored to their stage:

Approximately 0 to 4 months:

Aquatic stimulation + relaxing and bonding massage.

Approximately 4 to 12 months:

Aquatic stimulation + psychomotor development or relaxing and bonding massage.

The age ranges are approximate. Our professional will adapt the experience to each baby's development, pace, and needs.

💌 How does the gift card work?

After making the purchase, you will receive a gift card with a code that you can give to the person you want to surprise.

To use it, the family simply has to access our website, select Poseidon Session, choose from the available dates and times, and enter the gift card code during the booking process.

The code will cover the amount corresponding to the experience included in the card.

They choose when to come. You just have to choose who to surprise. 💙

📅 How long do I have to use it?

The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

The Poseidon Session must be completed within this period, so we recommend considering the baby's age and when the family will be able to enjoy the experience before making the purchase.

The card can be gifted or transferred to another person during its validity period, provided the baby meets the service's age requirements.

Changing the beneficiary does not restart or extend the 6-month validity period.

👶 What age is it for?

The Baby Poseidon experience is designed for babies aged 0 to 12 months, inclusive.

Each session is adapted to the baby's developmental stage, so there is no need to choose between massage or psychomotor skills when purchasing the gift card.

To begin with aquatic stimulation, we recommend that the umbilical cord has fallen off and the area is fully healed.

If you are gifting the experience during a pregnancy, remember that the 6 months of validity begin on the day of purchase, not on the baby's birth date.

🔄 Bookings, changes, and cancellations

Once the gift card has been redeemed and the reservation made, the same conditions as for any Poseidon Session apply.

The reservation can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 30 minutes before the start time, and each session can be rescheduled up to two times, always respecting the corresponding validity period.

Reschedules do not automatically reset or extend the gift card's expiration date.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being considered used.

You are gifting a complete Poseidon Session. Upon purchase, you will receive a code associated with the value of the session, which you can give to the person you wish to surprise.

When booking, the person with the code must enter it during the purchase process, and the Poseidon Session amount will be reduced to €0.

The code is intended for the redemption of the included experience and does not function as credit to purchase other products or services.

How do I use the gift card?

It's very simple. The person receiving the gift should visit our website, select Poseidon Session, choose their preferred day and time from the available options, and make a reservation.

During the purchase process, they must enter their gift card code, and the session amount will automatically become €0.

Who can use the code?

The code can be used by the person who has it, as long as it is for booking a Poseidon Session for a baby that meets the age requirements.

For this reason, we recommend saving and sharing the code only with the person you want to give the gift to.

Can someone else use the card?

Yes. The gift card can be transferred to another person as long as it remains valid and the baby meets the age requirements for the activity.

Changing the beneficiary does not reset or extend the 6-month validity period.

Do I have to choose between massage or psychomotricity when I buy it?

No. The experience is adapted to the baby's age and developmental stage. Depending on their stage, water stimulation will be complemented with psychomotor activities or a relaxing and bonding massage, chosen before or during the same session.
