After making the purchase, you will receive a gift card with a code that you can give to the person you want to surprise.
To use it, the family must go to our website, select the psychomotor session, choose from the available dates and times, and enter the code during the booking process.
Once the code is applied correctly, the session amount will be reduced to €0.
The code is intended for redeeming the included experience and does not function as credit to purchase other products or services.

The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
The session must take place within this period.
The card can be gifted or transferred to another person during its validity period, provided the baby meets the service requirements.
A change of beneficiary does not reset or extend the 6-month validity period.

We do not aim to complete a specific number of exercises, but rather to offer a respectful experience where each baby can explore and participate in their own way.
We recommend arriving approximately 15 minutes before your reserved time to start calmly and punctually.

The proposals are adapted to each stage and can accompany different areas of development, such as postural control, coordination, balance, mobility, body awareness, and sensory exploration.
From tummy time and the first turns to crawling, postural transitions, or the first movements, each activity is designed considering what the baby is discovering at that moment.
Everything is done through play, exploration, and respect for their own rhythm, without forcing movements or stages.

The sessions are designed for babies aged 4 to 12 months, inclusive, with activities fully adapted to each developmental stage.
It is not necessary for the baby to have reached any specific milestone to start. Precisely, each session builds on what the baby can already do and the exploration possibilities suitable for their current stage.

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for the baby, as well as a regular diaper and a change of clothes in case it is needed.
The psychomotor area is a shoe-free space, so adults must enter without shoes.
Baby Poseidon provides the necessary materials to carry out the activity.

The baby is never left in the care of the professional. A legal guardian, family member, or responsible adult must remain present throughout the session.
Our professional proposes and guides the activities while you participate with the baby, accompanying them, playing, and discovering new ways to interact with them.

You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 30 minutes before the start time.
Each session can be rescheduled up to two times, always within its validity period.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being considered consumed.

Motor skill sessions are designed to support a baby's natural development through movement, play, and exploration.
Each experience is adapted to the developmental stage, interests, and predisposition of each baby, allowing them to discover new possibilities for movement in a safe, respectful, and prepared environment for early childhood.
Through circuits, adapted materials, and exploration proposals, we encourage free movement, curiosity, and bodily discovery through play and enjoyment.
All activities are always carried out respecting the individual pace of each baby.

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for the baby and accompanying adults.
If the baby uses a pacifier, comfort toy, or any item that provides security, you may bring it to the session.
If the baby has eaten recently, we recommend waiting a reasonable amount of time before starting the activity to ensure their comfort.

Change and Cancellation Policy
At Baby Poseidon, we understand that life with a baby is unpredictable and that, at times, situations may arise that make it difficult to attend a scheduled session.
For this reason, we allow reservation changes or cancellations without penalty, provided that these are reasonable and sporadic situations communicated as far in advance as possible.
Our goal is to offer flexibility to families and make it easier for them to enjoy the experience without unnecessary worries.
However, this policy is intended for specific circumstances. Should we detect a high and recurring number of cancellations or reservation modifications (for example, five or more consecutive cancellations or within a short period), Baby Poseidon may review the particular situation and consider applying specific conditions on future reservations, changes, or refunds.
This policy does not apply to no-shows without prior notice.
If you do not show up for your reserved session without prior notification to the center, the session will be considered completed and will not be refundable or recoverable.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide a quality experience for all families.
Session Expiration
To ensure proper activity planning and availability for all families, sessions will be subject to the following expiration conditions:
Monthly Subscriptions
Sessions included in a monthly subscription must be used within the corresponding calendar month.
Generally, unused sessions will not be carried over or refunded.
However, we understand that life with a baby can be unpredictable. In specific and justified cases (holidays, illness, or other reasonable circumstances), Baby Poseidon may allow pending sessions to be transferred to the following month.
These situations will be assessed individually by the center and must be communicated as far in advance as possible.
Individual Sessions, Vouchers, and Packs
Sessions purchased individually, through session vouchers, or as part of promotional packs will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
After this period, unused sessions will be considered expired and will not be refundable or recoverable.
Baby Poseidon may consider exceptions in extraordinary and duly justified circumstances.
